go to church and the more I turn myself over to the process of believing in Jesus and listening to His Word and having Him guide my hand, I feel the pressure is off me now”. Sylvester Stalone
I am a massage therapist and when I went to school for certification one of the many things that I participated in was the AAHP( Aids Alternative Health Project). After working at the clinic I had to find a way to unwind at the end of the day in any manner that I chose. Having a support system for myself or to be able to talk about my experiences. Most importantly, I had to pay attention to my limitations to avoid burnout. As important as this work is, it was crucial to take care of myself – and that still holds true today, even though I do not do this work anymore. Then – and just as important – I had to be content in what I was able to achieve, while knowing that there is probably always more that I wish I could do.
